Pick & Place

Because of our Pick & Place process, which is optimised for flexibility, quality and throughput, JH Electronic Systems can react very flexibly to your requirements with the lowest lead time and at the highest quality. We can process any type of construction, from 03015 to Odd-Shape packages.

Each individual packaging unit of components is assigned a unique number when the component is created. All processes that this component has gone through are recorded on this number. This begins with the creation of the component and continues through the relocation, the feeding, the loading and finally the discarding of the component. In this way, the life cycle of the component is documented and can be traced at any time.

Based on the unique number, an individual traceability report is created for each board during the Pick & Place process. The traceability report shows which unique number was assembled at which time on which position. With this procedure, JH Electronic Systems guarantees maximum production transparency.

The innovative feeder technology is another highlight of our Pick & Place process. With this technology, we can upgrade the Pick & Place machines very quickly and with reduced manpower. Furthermore, because of this technology, we only need a very short feed line of material when setting up the machines, which is why we can reduce the shrinkage during feeding to a minimum. Especially for first samples, this gives us an enormous advantage in terms of material shrinkage.

All components at JH Electronic Systems are measured geometrically and passive components are also measured electrically during assembly. This rule out the possibility of incorrectly labelled articles being processed by us.
